Good Training Made Simple

Between 2021 and 2023, 40.3% of adults in America were obese, according to the CDC’s National Center of Health Statistics. The Science™ suggests that having excessive body fat is associated with dying early from basically every imaginable cause. We are dying quicker, from preventable stuff, and it’s our fault.

To fix this problem before you were 30 years old, you went to the gym a few times a week or went running for a bit. You cut out pizza, soda, and things that you considered were contributing to your declining health. Within a few months of white-knuckle discipline, you were in the clear. Your pants fit better. You had more energy. You felt better in your skin. Not so much anymore, huh?

You’re older now. You’ve got a couple of kids, a job you are OK with, and a limited amount of time to train. In the sea of stale, lukewarm urine known as the Internet, and all its damn noise, making sense of what will work for you seems impossible.

Personal trainers, coaches, physicians, Allied Health professionals, and other health and movement practitioners in America all aim to combat a modern lifestyle system designed to force you to sit down, shut up, and make someone else some money.

However, the Information Age began in the mid-1900s. Living in a developed country and allowing yourself to say something as foolish as, “I don’t know!” is just…weak.

You could go for a swim in the Stale Urine Sea and figure it out yourself. Or, alternatively, you could hire a coach.

Here’s what to look for. I’d be honored if you’d consider hiring me.
