Strength Training
Physical strength is the keystone of overall well-being. Building strength should be a priority for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. There are countless ways to get stronger, from bodyweight exercises to lifting weights. If you're new to exercise, start with strength as your foundation.
-
Conditioning
Your body needs energy to function at its best. Strength is a vital component of overall fitness, but on its own it is insufficient. To feel energized and capable of tackling life's demands, you also need solid cardiovascular health and overall muscular endurance. Without these components, you might find yourself feeling sluggish or limited in your daily activities.
-
Flexibility
Use it or lose it. Children are naturally flexible and resilient. They move freely without pain or hesitation. This natural range of motion is incredibly valuable. Incorporating basic flexibility into your routine can help maintain ease of movement without the constant fear of injury while moving and doing.
-
Skilled Movement
Consistent effort leads to improvement in skill. Our modern lifestyles have made us experts at sitting. It's time to reverse the trend. Movement is essential for maintaining strength, flexibility, and endurance. Death by sitting is not an option.

“I got questions.”
That’s cool. I got answers. Go ahead.

After hiring me, we’ll meet remotely to assess your needs. Once they are established, I write your program and deliver it to you electronically through a smartphone app (TurnKey Coach).
The ball is now in your court: GO TRAIN. While training, take short videos of your session and post them to the app.
Every training session, I will review the footage and respond personally with video, text, and other visual aids. Armed with confidence, you go train again.
We do this repeatedly, ideally, forever.

I think online coaching is better than in-person coaching. Learn why on the blog.
-
I understand. Some folks really enjoy working directly with their coach or trainer in-person.
I also offer in-person appointments.
