  • Introduction Sessions

    Basic Barbell Training Intro
    • 90 minutes of in-person1:1 instruction
    • Detailed teaching progression of:
    - Back squat, bench press, deadlift, standing overhead press, row.

    Mobility Training Intro
    • 90 minutes of in-person 1:1 private instruction
    • Detailed assessment and training to improve the range of motion, stability, or strength of any major joint such as:
    - Shoulder, elbow, wrist, or hand
    - Neck, back, or pelvis
    - Hip, knee, ankle, or foot

    Follow-Up Sessions

    • 60 min of in-person 1:1 instruction
    • All follow-up appointments must have completed an introduction session

    90 min: $150

  • After hiring me, we’ll meet remotely to assess your needs. Once they are established, I write your program and deliver it to you electronically through a smartphone app (TurnKey Coach).

    The ball is now in your court: GO TRAIN. While training, take short videos of your session and post them to the app.

    Every training session, I will review the footage and respond personally with video, text, and other visual aids. Armed with confidence, you go train again.

    We do this repeatedly, ideally, forever.
