What is Good Training?
-
Strength Training
Physical strength is the keystone of overall well-being. Building strength should be a priority for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. There are countless ways to get stronger, from bodyweight exercises to lifting weights. If you're new to exercise, start with developing strength as the foundation of your practice.
-
Conditioning
Your body needs energy to function at its best. Strength is a vital component of overall fitness. On its own, it is insufficient. To feel energized and capable of tackling life's demands, you also need solid cardiovascular health and well-conditioned muscular endurance. Without these components, you might find yourself feeling sluggish or limited in your daily activities.
-
Flexibility
Your children are naturally flexible and resilient. They move freely without pain or hesitation, but you can’t. Simply, you can’t, because you don’t. However, you can use your strength to retrain your joint capacity and increase your freedom of motion.
-
Skilled Movement
Precise, consistent, and effortful movement can be repeated every day to improve your skill with moving your body. Our modern lifestyles have made us experts at sitting and that really sucks. Daily movement is essential for guiding your strength, flexibility, and conditioning practices.

“I got questions.”
That’s cool; I got answers.
-
Sign up, answer a few questions, then we have a call to discuss your objectives.
I write the program, you train and post footage of you training (probably with your phone) to an app.
I watch the videos and send you feedback to take into the next session. We do this repeatedly, ideally until either one of us dies.

I think online coaching is much better than training in-person.
Learn why HERE.
-
I understand. Some folks really enjoy working directly with their coach or trainer in-person.
I offer in-person appointments for a milly-bajilly USD. If you ain’t got it like that, online coaching is for you.
-
Yes. I don't care. The company I work with (Barbell Logic), on the other hand, cares a lot. If you’re not satisfied with me as your coach or just need something a little different, you can be paired with one of my colleagues instead.
But to me, I think priorities change all the time. You are free to leave when you need to. After all, you know where to find me if you need my help again.
